Yoga was originally taught one on one. This intimate and personal guidance is entirely different for each and every student. Learning not only the technical aspects of each and every asana but how you, yourself for your, age, condition, place on your spiritual path, is to perform them. This time is priceless. You are worth your own effort.

The group class is a great way to build endurance, discipline and have fun doing it. Sharing group energy in a yoga class is a bonding and uplifting experience. Yoga is the leveling of the playing field. "Leave your ego outside the door where your shoes are". This is a great way to go beyond the ego structure finding strength, flexibility and a sense of peace regardless of what life brings you...including the person on the mat next to you.

Posture clinics are a great way to learn from each other. This is a light and open workshop setting where the postures are broken down and explained. It's a time where all of your questions can be addressed. In class we are not focused on other students, however, in this setting we are using each other as tools to gain deeper understanding of the postures and how they affect our physical structure.
